Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure I can continue offering quality care and honouring time set aside for each client, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment total will be charged.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge.
Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined above.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full appointment fee will still apply.
Exceptions
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a special situation, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you where possible.

Using the online booking system via the confirmation emails you received at the time of booking

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
